This is a photoshoot with sweet Mellissa and Tony taken at their university, USF. It’s a beautiful campus situated on top of a hill, over looking the city of San Francisco.

So here it is, our second attempt at shooting our own engagement session again. The first time we shot our own engagement session, we used a tripod, but this time around we had our friends (code name bbh, and big-mac) learned on the spot about photography and helped us fire away. Trust me–although it was a challenge to teach someone on the spot about the camera functions and composition, it was a hell of a lot more fun than the tripod.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos from the first session to share with you, except in hard copy format, but one of these days when I get a scanner I’ll share it with you. Why do we not have it in soft copy you ask? Well because the worst that can happen did happen–it was wiped out from our hard drive right when we were backing up the files (wahhh wahhhh).

In addition to getting our business running, Benson and I are also planning our wedding! So here and there you’d see me blog about my wedding planning process. I’m getting my head wrapped around our wedding invitation design right now, so check back soon to take a look at my progress. I bought a gocco printer to print my own invitation!

We were so excited to visit our local Kwik-E-Mart this morning. We arrived at 10am and for the 15 minutes that we were there, the crowd grew bigger and bigger. I was disappointed that they ran out of Krusty-O and Buzz Cola, but we did get Homer’s favorite donut. It was really fun to shoot with all the vibrant colors, but we felt like we got in other people’s way when we tried to take our photos.

I just finished editing the Stinson Beach photo shoot I talked about in the previous post. Just click here to view!

Last weekend we took a drive out to Stinson Beach and had a photo session with some friends. It was really hard to shoot out in the 80 degrees scorching sun =P, as fog babies we were definitely not use to the heat. I’m still working on editing the rest of the photos but here’s a shot of me and Amy; and a shot of her and Jason. I love our jumping poses!
